Get back into your account

A work account must be invited and approved before it can access the workspace.

  1. For a forgotten password or an old invitation link, choose Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter your work email.

  2. Open the newest email link and set a new password. Check spam or quarantine if the message does not arrive.

  3. If no email arrives or your account is not approved, ask your administrator to check the address and resend or prepare access.
